Confirming order - want to make sure it went through okay Order # 13446
When I placed my order tonight, the page glitched a bit and was acting funny. I did receive a order number and confirmation email, but I just want to make sure it went through okay. Could someone help me with this?
Our sales staff checks every morning for orders that seem to have had a payment problem and then send out manual payment requests, as was done in your case. So after you paid on that payment request this morning, it is all fine and the order is being processed now
