Heatkiller Tube 150 D5 base has a stripped/unthreaded screw hole

Heatkiller Tube 150 D5 base has a stripped/unthreaded screw hole

      Hello.

I recently purchased a Heatkiller Tube 150 D5 reservoir. When I was assembling it, I found that one of the 8 screw-holes in the base doesn't seem to be threaded. The screw that was in there just fell out, and I can push it all the way in without any resistance. The other 7 screws thread in just fine, it's just this one I'm having a problem with.

From what I can see, the acetal base was either tapped wrong or threaded wrong at the factory.

I've attached a picture that shows the part that has the bad threaded hole

Is there any way to get a replacement for just this part? I don't want to send the whole reservoir back and wait weeks for an RMA, I've got it in a build right now and being without the reservoir would be a pain. The other 7 screws should hold it, but I don't want to have a defective part if I can avoid it.
